German Luxury car maker Audi has registered sales growth of 65 percent in May 2010. It has sold 200 cars as compared to 121 units sold in May 2009.
Chevrolet has announced to launch Diesel version of Beat. Price is not declared yet. Chevrolet has already started production of Beat Diesel in its Talegaon kohinoor plant which has capacity of manufacturing 1.6 lakh cars per year.

Hero Honda has announced the price hike for its various model, which might be in affect instantly. Hero Honda said that this is due to the raise in cost of row material. Hero Honda Hunk will be costlier by Rs. 1000, Other models will be costlier by 500 to 1000 rupees.

With the price tag of Rs. 3.6 crores, Lamborghini has launched its sports car, Murcielago LP670-SV in India. Exclusive motors in Delhi is the official dealer for Lamborghini. The new car has a 6.5 liter V12 petrol engine and it can achieve speed of 100 kilometers per hour in just 3.2 seconds and maximum speed of 342 kilometers per hour. It is limited edition and only 350 units are available for India.
