Maruti suzuki has registered 14.7 percent growth in sales, by selling 109743 units againsts 95649 units in 2010. However export volumn is decreased by 35.99 percent.
Maruti Suzuki has recently launched luxury sport sedan Kizashi in India. It is powered by 2.4 litre DOHC J-series engine, maximum power output of 175.5 bhp @ 6,500rpm and a maximum torque of 230Nm @ 4,000rpm and gives mileage of 12.5 kmpl.
Kizashi will be available in India in two variants:Manual Transmission (MT) and Continuous Variable Transmission(CVT).
New maruti suzuki kizashi MT is priced at 16.78 lakh, while the CVT variant is priced at 17.78 lakh.

I do not like the design concept of Maruti Suzuki. They always come up with broad heavy designs (something like a person with big face)...
See Swift, A-star, Ritz, SX4, and now kizashi..
Sports cars look great with a little sleek looks, (as i believe)..
