Yes its true!! Ducati planning for launching their cool sporty bikes in india. The CEO of company visited india on 6 may and announced to launch about 5-6 bikes in india!! Company might work with Indian company TVS-motors.

I just waiting for new sporty bikes from Ducati. :d
