VolksWagen Jetta Launched In India...

Volkswagen launched Jetta sedan in indian on 17th july.(Too late to post!!)

The car was expected to make compition with indian Honda City, Suzuki SX4, Ford Fiesta, Chevrolet Aveo and Hyundai Verna.

The cheapest Jetta 1.6L starts at 12.97 lakhs * (petrol version, * Delhi ex-showroom price), the Jetta Trendline diesel is priced at 13.22 lakh * while the high end version, the 1.9 diesel TDI Comfortline model with DSG automatic transmission will cost Rs 17 lakh *.

The top speed of car is about 190 kmph. The Jetta comes in 2 versions Trendline and Comfortline. The petrol Trendline comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox while diesel Comfortline - will sport a six-speed automatic gearshift.

The interiors are precious and is having colling facility. Digital display provides information about average speed, fuel consumption etc..
