Honda recently launched a brand-new VTR250 Europe. Power output from the liquid-cooled 250cc v-twin is around 32bhp at 10,500rpm. It has alloy wheels, front and rear disc brakes, trellis-type steel-tube chassis and many more capabilities, the VTR250 looks just right for the Indian market.As it has liquid-cooling, it may add a bit extra to price, but if HMSI can produce and sell this bike in India at around Rs 1.75-2.0 lakh.!!
There is not official announcement for launch of this bike, not even i am seeing chances for launch in near future, but as HMSI loosing its greep in indian market, it may launch this against Bajaj Pulsar 220 and Hero Honda Karizma!

The Bike looks cool, are u guys sure about the price. when u say this bike will compete with Bajaj 220 and hero honda Karizma, people will look at the price for sure... so does it really cost 1.75 to 2 lakh???

yea, it will compete kawasaki ninja, coz even karizma has price tag of 1 lakh

Have my doubts of VTR250 comnercial launch this year as I think HMSI is presently trying to concentrate on manufacturing CBR250R. Hope HMSI makes an announcement on VTR250 whether positive or negative, dispelling rumours being floated on the internet.
