Yamaha YZF R125 is not launched in india yeat and even no official announcement for future launch!!
Still as per my expectations it should cost in range from Yamaha FZ16 to Yamaha YZF R15!! I mean to say it will cost between 70k to 90k!!!
And for Yamaha FZ-S on road price is 67k, Delhi and Mumbai. It may vary with other state!

The Yamaha YZF R125 is equipped with a liquid cooled 125cc 4-stroke SOHC engine with Fuel Injection. This 125cc engine would produce an impressive 15bhp and torque of 12Nm.
