Chinese Auto Related Companies

After the launch of the first chinese car Premier Rio in india, i was searching for chinese automotive companies just for the sake of the knowledge. Can you believe china has this many number of companies related with automobile business. Here is the list of companies.  I read in wikipedia that there are so many cases of copying the design of well known company's vehicle and the violation of copyright act in chinese automobile industry!

• Chery Automobile :: Chery has become the fastest growing independent automaker in China. It is developing world-class automobiles with Lotus Engineering of the U.K, and Mitsubishi Automotive Engineering of Japan. Chery has so far launched its products in 29 countries. Chery is developing a new line-up of products aiming at auto markets in the U.S and EU.

• Heibao Auto (Shandong HIPO) :: main products are HIPO brand agricultural transport vehicle with four wheels, mini car, light car, car, truck, motor car, lawn mower, motors and mineral water series.
