Hero and Honda to discontinue JV

Honda has decided to discontinue its 26 years old joint venture with Hero. Honda has agreed to cut stake in joint venture with Hero group to 20 percent from 26 percent. According to proposed agreement, Honda will supply technology for three new products to Hero Honda.
